A MERN platform that turns a spreadsheet of members into accounts, Apple Wallet passes and live check-ins, with no manual entry.

The problem

Club leaders signed members up one at a time, created Apple Wallet passes in paid third-party apps, and typed attendance into spreadsheets in the middle of events.

What I built

  • One-click bulk Excel upload that creates every student account.
  • Personalised Apple Wallet passes (.pkpass) generated automatically, each with its own QR code.
  • Transactional emails with installation guides and student-portal credentials.
  • A live QR-verification service that checks membership at the door and logs attendees to Google Sheets through secure webhooks.

Outcome

Manual data entry at events is gone: sign-up, passes, check-in and attendance all run automatically.
