A role-based MERN system that runs a delivery company's drivers, vehicles, documents, petty cash and platform contracts.
The problem
A delivery company working with platforms such as Talabat was managing drivers, cars and bikes, legal and insurance documents, petty cash and contracts across scattered files.
What I built
- Role-based access for admins, managers, employees and accountants, each seeing only what their job needs.
- Driver and vehicle records for cars and bikes, with their legal and insurance documents.
- Petty-cash tracking and contracts with delivery platforms.
- Requirements gathered and delivered independently, from first meeting to launch.
Outcome
After launch, the company signed a monthly maintenance contract.
